Get ready for a fun, creative, and high-energy day designed to help you film a full library of branded content while feeling confident, supported, and fully in your brand energy.
9:30 – 10:00 AM | Arrivals & Ease-In
Arrive early to settle in, hang your wardrobe, organize props, and connect with the other business owners.
You’ll have access to changing rooms, clothing racks, and a cozy snack area, the perfect place to sip, snack, and connect before we begin.
10:00 – 10:15 AM | Welcome Pow Wow
We’ll gather for a short, soulful kickoff. I’ll walk you through filming tips, share how the flow of the day works, and set the intention: to create with ease, joy, and authenticity.
10:20 AM – 1:00 PM | Content Filming Flow
Here’s where your confidence comes alive. You’ll move through each content station every 15-20 minutes, capturing the shots listed on your custom Reel Plan.
🎵 A curated playlist will keep the energy high and help you move with the rhythm of the day.
From 12:20 – 1:00 PM, you’ll pair up with another creator for mock client content, an incredible opportunity to collaborate, connect, and capture fresh perspectives.
1:00 – 1:20 PM | Champagne & Snack Break
Time to recharge and connect! Enjoy an assortment of snacks, sparkling water, and a little bubbly while mingling with new friends and creative partners.
1:30 – 2:30 PM | The Reel Editing Lab
Now that your footage is glowing, it’s time to make the magic visible. I’ll guide you step-by-step through editing your first reel using your custom Reel Plan, then you’ll flow into editing more with my support and feedback. This session will end with you posting one reel.
2:30 – 3:00 PM | Networking
Open networking and closing champagne cheers to wrap up this amazing day!
We’ll wrap the day celebrating your progress, leaving you with a full content vault, deeper connections, and the momentum to keep creating long after you leave.

Yes. You will be filming your 10 reels with your phone so make sure it is fully charged and has enough storage space. Other things to bring: Branded props, and any outfits you want to film in. You'll have tripods on each station.
Nope! You will have a detailed reel plan listing your shots for each reel.
15 minutes with a 5 minute buffer. Everyone will be rotating stations every 20 minutes.
Yes, 3 ready to post reels edited by you during our Editing Lab. I will first show you exactly how to do it and then you'll follow along for the rest. You will also get 5 reels filmed by me, no editing needed since these are intentionally engaging.
This content day is meant for B-roll video content so no sound. If you are interested in talking reels please reach out and we can schedule a 1-on-1 branding video session.
This day is meant for batching reels but if you'd like to take photos with your phone you can do so as well, just remember you only get 15min per station so use your time wisely.
Every station will have tripods and optimal lighting. You will be using your own phone for recording your reels.
