Article 1: General

By purchasing this membership, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and to use the Site in accordance with these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy and any additional terms and conditions that may apply to specific sections of the Site or to products and services available through the Site or from Dalia Van Lom.

Accessing the Site, in any manner, whether automated or otherwise, constitutes use of the Site and your agreement to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Article 2: Placing Order

Any order placed on a site belonging to Dalia Van Lom implies full and unreserved acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Article 3: Our Agreement

The service provided to you THE CLIENT through this membership by me your COACH, is a video content creation system. Coaching which is not directive advice, counseling, or therapy, may address overall goals, specific projects, or general conditions in your life or profession. Coaching services may include setting priorities, establishing goals, identifying resources, brainstorming, creating action plans, asking clarifying questions, and providing models, examples, and in-the-moment skills training. Throughout the membership, the COACH will engage in direct and personal conversations with the CLIENT, which will include asking explicit questions and making requests. The purpose of this interaction is to remind the CLIENT of his/her/their own intentions and coach them to realize it. In order for a relationship to achieve the maximum result, the COACH asks the CLIENT agree to the following:

3.1 Commit to the process: Please come prepared for sessions and be intentional if you want to see results.

3.2 Communicate: Please be open about your struggles so I can address them and make sure your video content creation journey is easy, seamless and fun. If you feel uncomfortable mentioning things during our call please reach out through DM on Instagram or through my email daliaforreels@gmail.com

Article 4: Cancelling Subscription

If by any reason you decide to cancel your subscription you can do so at any point by emailing me directly at daliaforreels@gmail.com and I will take care of it for you. Plus you will still have access to the membership until your subscription period ends.

Article 5: Guarantees

Except as expressively provided in this agreement, the COACH makes no guaranties or warranties, express or implied, your results are up to you, showing up and doing the work. In no event will the COACH be liable to the CLIENT for consequential or special damages. Notwithstanding any damages that the CLIENT may incur, the COACH's entire liability under this agreement, and the CLIENT's exclusive remedy, will be limited to the amount paid by the CLIENT to the COACH under this agreement for all services rendered up until the termination date.

This is the entire agreement of the parties and reflects a complete understanding of the parties with respect to the subject matter. This agreement supersedes all prior written and oral presentations.

If a dispute arises out of this agreement that cannot be resolved by mutual consent, the CLIENT and COACH agree to attempt to mediate in good faith for up to 30 days after notice given.

Article 6: Changes to these Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, in whole or in part, please stop using the Site and the Service.
